Hours of Operation

IRS-AIMS is open for business Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Central Time. Our toll free Customer Support phone lines (1-800-876-1466) are also open during these hours.

All Customer Support calls are handled on a call back basis... When support calls are received, we will request the agency name, callers name and the phone number. The average call back time for support calls is about 20 minutes.
