ACORD Applications

The underwriting process for any account begins with a set of applications. We include the facilities to make the task of completing these forms as efficient as possible with MAGIC ACORD Applications component.

Single Entry of all Data

Basic data required for ACORD application forms is stored in either the Commercial or Personal Application Information file for each client in MAGIC for Windows. This stored data includes applicant information, premises information, driver lists, prior carrier, loss history, and free form comments and remarks. After rating and storing a quote, you can automatically generate the application by merging the stored application data with your quote. The system then requests any additional information needed for each specific form. On renewal simply update your stored client information and quote, then regenerate your application forms effortlessly.

Laser Printed Applications

Forms are printed on plain paper using ACORD laser print standards and can be saved as an Adobe Acrobat file for attachment to an e-mail.
