Proposal System

After rating and storing a quote, you can create a professional proposal with the click of the mouse. We provide proposal text for each line of business available in MAGIC for Windows. This text explains policy coverages and options included in your quote. Proposals may also include recommendations for improved coverages as well. Using the proposal system, stored rating data automatically merges with proposal text producing a professional summary of coverages, vehicles, classifications, and premiums.

Custom Proposals

The proposal system integrates with Word™ or WordPad™ allowing you to create custom proposals by editing the paragraphs of text we provide or adding your own using the word processing feature, you can also add your letterhead, signature, images or other custom features. Title pages, vehicle and classification schedules, and premium summaries can all be included in your custom proposals. The printing features of Windows allows you to save the proposal to a file which can be attached to an e-mail or faxed.

The proposal system is included free of charge with all MAGIC for Windows Rating systems.
