The letter writing system within MARS is designed to accommodate your day-to-day correspondence needs. The system contains many of the formatting and editing features of the popular word processors today yet maintains an ease and simplicity that will be enjoyed by all your staff.

Font Selection and formatting - including size, color, and style

Justification - left, right, centered, full

Tools - Find, Replace, Spell Check, Thesaurus

Print Options including preview, print draft, and print final and save to history.

Automatic 2nd page with preformatted header

Templates - save commonly used form letters in categories such as personal, commercial, marketing, etc.

Variables - insert merge codes that will automatically fill with client and policy data

Export documents to MS Word or Corel Word Perfect

Color Logo Designs (requires color printer)

When the letter writing system is accessed from an open client profile, all client information automatically flows to the letter. Or you may use the address wizard to select another client, an insurance company, producer, etc. to send the letter to. Specific contact names in the insurance company file can be merged into your letters also.

Use the letter templates to store your common form letters. With the variable merge fields that can be stored in a template, you will really be able to automate your routine correspondence.
