Policy Information

 
The Client Profile also gives you access to all the policy records for each client. Press the New Policy button at the bottom of the profile to add a policy record or select Update Policy for any activity such as renewal, cancellation, or endorsement. The policy information screen is the basic policy record.

Policy commissions are stored in the Insurance Company File for each line of business in your system. When you select the company and line of business the preset commission displays. The commission shown on this policy automatically flows to every invoice transaction.

You can assign multiple producer and CSR codes to each policy along with their default commissions.
 
 

Policy Coverages

Policy coverages are stored using the tabular format which allows for a great deal of information to be easily accessible. To see coverages, press the Coverages Button on the client profile or the policy master screen.

The first tab displayed is the list of individual risks. Select the specific vehicle, property, or covered item you want to review, then open the coverages tab.

All policy coverage information is stored and displayed in the AL3 format and is designed to accommodate complete company download.
