System Information

As with any software package you will want to define and customize much information for your business such as your employees, insurance companies, producers, etc.

Default Settings
MARS will allow you to set default codes and preferences throughout the system. Default settings can prefill certain data fields such as city, state, account type, etc. thereby saving valuable time through all your data entry screens.

Employee/Producer Information

Not just an employee list but also a Human Resources Management Tool. You will store job descriptions, emergency contact information, vacation and sick leave time, and salary/commission information for all agency employees.

Insurance Company Information

Set commission defaults for all lines of business and store contact information for underwriters, claims and accounting departments. Stored contact information can be used with the Letter Writer system.

ACORD Form Setup

MARS supports over 100 different ACORD Forms. Use the Agency and Employee setup screens to create menus of just the forms you need access to for normal daily processing.
