Developed in close partnership with the AMS Users' Group, TransactNOW was introduced with comprehensive billing, policy view and claims inquiries direct from several major insurance carriers who have enthusiastically become TransactNOW partners. The initial success has been tremendous - since its introduction in March of 2003, over 2,400 agencies and 24 carriers are processing nearly 60,000 transactions a month using TransactNOW. TransactNOW continues to evolve - we are adding carriers and transactions as quickly as possible. Carrier Passport was added in late 2003, providing a direct link to carrier Web sites from TransactNOW. Real-time endorsement processing was soon to follow, introduced in January, 2004. Both of these features enable full service policy functionality, seamlessly integrated into the management system workflow.

has already begun on quote / new business workflow for 2004.
