Q How can I reprint a Certificate of Insurance previously issued for a holder?
A Release 3.0 included a new "reprint" option. You can access this reprint option from the Client Profile in two ways:
From the Menu Bar, select Activities--Certificate Holder Maintenance. Select the certificate holder. New buttons near the last issued date offer the ability to edit and reprint the last certificate issued for that holder.
From History, select the Certificate Printed entry. Expand the certificate and select Options--Show Certificate Holders. You can also select the certificate, then right click for this option. Select the needed certificate holder. From the Menu bar on the Certificate Holder View screen, select Options for the Edit and Reprint options.

If you select Reprint only, you'll be prompted to enter a description for this action. Make your description appropriately reflect the reason for the reprint.
If you select Edit and you make any changes to the data on the form, you will be prompted to save and name the new form created, AND enter a description for this action. Again, use the form name and action description to appropriately describe this activity.

 
Q How can I find out what month's account current an invoice is on?
A Open the Profile for the client and go to History. Select the invoice. Expand the invoice by double clicking or pressing the expand button. From the menu bar on the invoice screen select Options--Show Invoice Information. Both insurance company and producer posting information is shown. Use this feature (added in Release 2.01 6/00) to track down "missing" invoices or to review the status of open item/partial payment direct bill processing.
 
Q How can I get a "Print Screen" in MARS?
A If you want to print a screen image from MARS and do not have Snag It or some other screen capture software--try this: Select your screen, press the print screen button at the upper right hand side of your keyboard. Open up WORD to a blank document screen and press Edit--Paste. The screen image is inserted in the document.
 
Q How can I attach an email to a client?
A In your email program, select the message. Control A will select all of the message text. Control C copies the text to your clipboard. In MARS, from the client profile, select Log Client Action, check e-mail received and paste the message text using Control V.
